The Intricacies of Domain Deals

It’s been a couple of hectic weeks at Hilco Digital Assets, overseeing the Chat.com and Sweepstakes.com deals, closing our $10 million investment in Squadhelp, and working hard with buyers and sellers to close two significant domain transactions, among other endeavors. Why am I sharing this? Because, like any deal, acquisition, sale, or transaction, domain name ones take time. They require marinating, massaging, timing, and negotiating. As I have expressed previously, the keys to success are finding the zone of possible agreement for a win-win for both sides. I am always striving to locate that zone.
