Hilco Digital Assets: A New Partnership

It was only two months ago that Hilco Global and I formalized a year-in-the-works agreement to partner up and start a new Web 3 company, Hilco Digital Assets (HDA). Hilco is the world’s preeminent authority on maximizing the value of assets, and my company ATM Holdings, and I have a longstanding track record as a leading investor, advisor, and dealmaker on premium domain names, and a growing expertise on NFTs & Web3-related opportunities. Neither of us needed to do this, but we saw a massive opportunity to build HDA into something very meaningful. So we aligned, and here we are.

What I have come to learn quickly is how amazingly respected the Hilco name is by the management teams of the leading brands, not just in the US but globally. Additionally, I’ve discovered how smart and talented every person who works for and with Hilco is. I have always had a strong strategic network and connections, but it is at a new level combined with Hilco, which will lead to great things for us and our clients’ assets. I am so excited about what we can and will accomplish.

A Rare Non-.com Deal: ISP.net Acquisition & Sale

We oversaw the acquisition and sale of ISP.net this week. Yup, a very rare non-.com deal for yours truly and a nice win for both the buyer and seller. I am hopeful we will have some more really big domain deals to discuss shortly.
