A Busy Week at Hilco Digital Assets

This has been an interesting, busy week—both personally and for Hilco Digital Assets. I flew to Hilco HQ in Chicago Monday for an important meeting (More on that next week. Keep an eye on the “domain news”), spent all day Tuesday in CT at a really productive Hilco retreat, and spent Wed-Friday finalizing, late-stage negotiating three big domain name deals. There was a mixed range of skills needed this week from cementing the investment, speaking about Hilco Digital publicly, exercising patience, playing “poker” and working through all those little things that come up at the final stages of big deals. A side note; being a competent poker player does translate to other aspects of life from business dealings to daily fantasy sports success.
