Jack Hazan is Executive Director – IP Services at Hilco Global.   At Hilco, Jack leverages his experience in restructuring and business development to provide liquidity solutions for businesses with a wide range of intangible assets. 

He founded and leads IPv4.Global, Hilco’s market leading IP Address marketplace and advisory, which has achieved sales of close to $2B. Since 2009, Jack has been instrumental in building the industry leading intangible asset practice at Hilco, where he continues to remain closely involved in the other business units.

Jack developed his business and legal acumen as a bankruptcy attorney at Kramer Levin, as general counsel of Nobody Beats the Wiz, as general counsel and as vice president of business development at Azrak Capital. Throughout his career, Jack has become known for his capability to bring parties together and getting deals closed.

David Peress is an Executive Director in Hilco Global’s Professional Services Division. David was a founding partner of Hilco Streambank, one of the top intangible assets valuation and monetization practices in the nation, focusing on brands, trademarks, patents, and digital assets including domain names.

David has over 30 years of experience working in the corporate restructuring and special situations investing industry as both an advisor and investment professional. Until 2000, he was a partner in the bankruptcy department of Wilmington, Delaware’s Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP. He later served as Managing Director and General Counsel of The Ozer Group LLC, an asset disposition firm.

Following the sale of The Ozer Group, he led the special situations investing practice for Crystal Capital, a multi-strategy private investment fund. David has a deep understanding of how intangible assets are valued and trade.

Tiffany has a natural knack for networking & nurturing connections to build strong relationships. These often turn into customers and solid friendships at the same time. Her skills go beyond direct sales. She is well-acquainted with building businesses & growing sales teams. Her experience combines to help her create and manage sales pipelines that transform businesses and discover opportunities where none was apparent. Tiffany frequently creates life-changing outcomes for those lucky enough to cross her path.

In addition to her role at Hilco, Tiffany works with the Internet Commerce Association. She also owns her own agricultural businesses. Tiffany enjoys living a rustic lifestyle, farming her own land and caring for her menagerie of farm animals. Most importantly, she is a devoted mom of two incredible girls, aged 11 and 3.

Andrew Miller is Strategic Advisor to Hilco Digital Assets, and has been an integral partner in its development. Andrew has a track record of facilitating strategic M&A deals, and game changing premium domain name transactions, advising Fortune 100 companies, VC and PE firms, and investors. He has been a principal on over $500m of prominent domain name acquisitions and sales, including recent blockbuster deals for Rocket.com, Chat.com, Home.com, Gold.com, and Universal.com. Andrew is the Founder of CreditCards.com, sold to Austin Ventures; InsuranceQuotes.com, sold to BankRate, and an advisor/shareholder in Thrasio, a leading consumer goods distribution platform.
